There's a new travel app. Flight + offers up to the minute information on delayed or canceled flights whether you're the flier or picking up the traveler at the airport. It's available for IPhone and iPad. Cost: $3.99. It allows the user to look up a flight without its number and get instant information about its arrival/departure and gate/terminal status.
